Hitchcock por Vanity Fair

Recreando imágenes clásicas

Alfred Hitchcock es, indiscutiblemente, el director de cine más reconocido y valorado de todo el período del Hollywood Clásico y por lo demás – aunque mucha gente no haya visto su cine, pero su figura es un icono en sí misma como  la de Charles Chaplin- probablemente el más estudiado y popular de los últimos sesenta años. Es también uno de mis directores favoritos.

Aunque ya han pasado dos años desde que se publicaron estas espectaculares fotografías en la edición anual dedicada a Hollywood de la revista Vanity Fair (2008), la misión de los fotógrafos Norman Jean Roy, Art Streiber, Mark Selinger y Julian Brod (regulares de la revista), con la colaboración en arte y producción de SunHee Grinnell y Jessica Diehl, es demasiado notable como para dejarla pasar y no recordarla nuevamente, ahora en este post en 35milímetros.

Las imágenes hablan por sí mismas: en pares, primero las fotografías originales extraídas de las películas (o bien material publicitario) creadas por Alfred Hitchcock que sirven de inspiración y luego las imágenes de Vanity Fair, estos originales REDUX fotográficos.
